Description / Scope of Work
305 Spares Depot EME, located in Karachi, Sindh, invites open competitive bidding for the procurement of brand new spares and components for Defender vehicles, Hyundai and Mazda vehicles, and staff cars of all types. The tender inquiry number is 06/305-2026/27 and is issued under PPRA procurement regulations. Qualifying firms must possess valid NTN and Sales Tax Registration Certificate. Rates must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees and include all government taxes including GST, income tax, and custom duty. Brand names and country of origin must be clearly specified for all quoted items; quotations without country of origin will be rejected outright. Bulk quantity quotations are permitted at seller discretion. Quoted rates will be valid for delivery across the zonal region.
Eligible bidders must be GHQ security-cleared firms registered with 305 Spares Depot EME or other defence organisations. Only ITD Directorate and HIT approved brands may be quoted. Firms quoting genuine or OEM products must provide authorized dealership letters and agency agreements proving capability to supply from their principals. Technical and commercial offers must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes using the prescribed format; incomplete bids lacking commercial offers will be invalidated. Bid security of Rs 0.5 million (for bids of Rs 10 million minimum) or Rs 1 million (for bids of Rs 20 million minimum) must be submitted as a Cheque or Demand Ronak. An IT processing fee of Rs 3,000 is payable at submission.
Quotations must be physically deposited in the tender box at 305 Spares Depot EME, Karachi before 1100 hours on 08 July 2026. Technical offers will be opened at 1130 hours on 08 July 2026; financial offers of only technically qualified bidders will be opened. Both hardcopy and softcopy (on CD-Recordable only) quotations are required with firm stamp on each page. Bid documents should be obtained from 305 Spares Depot EME or by contacting the Local Purchase Officer at telephone 021-99207582 during working hours. Delivery periods must be strictly adhered to; late delivery will result in order transfer to the next bidder without notice.
