Description / Scope of Work
The Government of Gilgit-Baltistan Cabinet Wing invites sealed tenders from authorized distributors, suppliers and well-reputed firms for the financial year 2026-27. Three categories of procurement are advertised: repair and supply of spare parts for various government vehicles with a call deposit of Rs. 800,000; supply of stationery items with a call deposit of Rs. 150,000; and supply of miscellaneous items with a call deposit of Rs. 150,000. All submissions must be made to the Cabinet office in Gilgit-Baltistan on 6 July 2026. The opening will follow immediately after closing times at 10:30 AM, 11:30 AM and 12:30 AM respectively for each category.
Eligibility requirements include mandatory submission of firm registration or Form-C, a Call Deposit Receipt from any scheduled bank, and an affidavit on Rs. 100 stamp paper confirming no litigation with the department and no blacklist status. Bidders must have one year of documented experience within the relevant financial year period (1 July to 30 June) supported by verifiable experience certificates. All photocopies must be attested by a gazetted officer. Tender rates must be typed and computerized with all boxes completed; unrealistic rates significantly above or below market value will be rejected. For vehicle repair category only, bidders must maintain a minimum balance of ten million rupees in their firm account as of 30 June 2026.
Technical evaluation will be conducted as per criteria detailed in tender documents, with financial proposals opened only for firms achieving minimum 60% marks in technical bid evaluation. Tender documents are available at the Cabinet office, and Rs. 10,000 is payable for vehicle repair documentation or Rs. 5,000 for stationery and miscellaneous items through Treasury Challan with copy attached.
