Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Navy's HQ COMNOR invites sealed quotations for upkeep, cleanliness, plantation and landscaping services at the Naval Complex Sector E-8 in Islamabad for the financial year 2026-27. This invitation of quotation covers comprehensive maintenance and beautification works for the naval facility located in Islamabad, Federal Province. The tender scope encompasses regular upkeep activities, cleaning operations, plantation initiatives and landscaping enhancements to maintain the complex in optimal condition throughout the fiscal year. A non-refundable quotation fee of Rs. 2,000 (Rupees Two Thousand Only) is required from all participating bidders.
Quotations will be accepted only from sealed envelopes submitted by registered firms and importers who are duly registered with the Government of Pakistan for Sales/NTN and Professional Taxes. Firms already registered with any Defence Force Organization must submit relevant documentation along with their bids. Black-listed firms will not be entertained under any circumstances. Interested bidders can obtain detailed Terms and Conditions from the Superintending Officer (Horticulture) in both hard and soft copy formats as per the tender format provided.
Sealed tenders marked clearly on top with "TENDER FOR INVITATION OF QUOTATION FOR UPKEEP, CLEANLINESS, PLANTATION AND LANDSCAPING OF NAVAL COMPLEX SECTOR E-8 ISLAMABAD FY 2026-27" along with complete supporting documents and non-refundable quotation fee of Rs. 2,000 must reach HQ COMNOR by 30 June 2026 at 1100 hours. Tender opening will take place on 30 June 2026 at 1130 hours in the presence of authorized representatives of participating firms.
