The Gwadar Development Authority invites expressions of interest from eligible male holders of District Gwadar for fish auctioning at Fish Landing Jetty Surbandan in Balochistan. This procurement process seeks qualified bidders to participate in fish trading and related activities at the Surbandar town facility. The initiative aims to develop commercial fishing infrastructure and support local fisheries businesses in the Gwadar district region of Balochistan province.
Eligible participants must be registered male mole holders belonging to District Gwadar with preference given to existing fish businessmen currently engaged in fish trade at Surbandar town. Bidders are required to demonstrate a minimum annual turnover of PKR 12,000,000 (Twelve Lacs) during each of the last three years with relevant documentary proof. Any mole holder who is a defaulter of any government department, organization, cooperative society, or financial institution shall not be eligible to participate. Bidders must provide a valid CNIC copy, proof of mole holder status, valid NTN number, financial documents showing turnover of the last three years, and an affidavit declaring non-defaulter status.
The last date for submission of application proposals is 7th July 2026. Interested auctioneers must submit the required documents including CNIC copy, mole holder status proof, valid NTN, financial statements, and non-defaulter affidavit. The Gwadar Development Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. The successful bidder must comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions issued by the authority for proper management and operation of the Fish Landing Jetty Surbandar facility.
