Event Management Services Pre-Qualification by Press Information Department

The Press Information Department, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of Pakistan, invites applications from authorized, experienced, and well-established service providers for pre-qualification to provide event management services for the financial year 2026-2027 on a need basis. The tender covers two categories of services: Mega Event Management Services for large-scale national and international events, conferences, public gatherings, and related services including boarding, lodging, travel and transportation; and Mini Event Management Services for small to medium-scale meetings, seminars, media briefings, departmental events, workshops, and ceremonies with associated boarding, lodging, travel and transportation support. The contract period is one year from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027.

Eligibility criteria require interested firms to have established operational offices in all major cities including Islamabad, be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue on the Active Taxpayers List for both Income Tax and Sales Tax, maintain active vendor status with the Accountant General Pakistan Revenues, and be registered on the PPRA's e-PACS 2.0 portal. A security deposit of Rs. 1,000,000 in the form of a Pay Order is mandatory in favor of the Drawing & Disbursing Officer, Press Information Department, Islamabad.

Proposals must be downloaded from www.pid.gov.pk or accessed through e-PACS and submitted digitally through e-PACS only by June 29, 2026 at 11:00 PM. Hard copies will not be accepted or entertained. The tender notice is available on www.ppra.org.pk and www.pid.gov.pk. All government taxes will be deducted from service provider payments as per prevailing rules. The Press Information Department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or annul the pre-qualification process at any stage in accordance with PPRA Rules without assigning reasons.
