Punjab Counter Narcotics Force invites electronic bids for procurement of miscellaneous items and services for the financial year 2026-27 through open competitive bidding under PPRA Rule 12 and Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022. The procurement comprises three distinct packages: exhibitions and celebrations catering and arrangements for CNF ceremonies with an estimated value of PKR 10 million, vehicle tracking system services valued at PKR 13 million, and other miscellaneous items estimated at PKR 35 million, for a total procurement scope of PKR 58 million. Electronic bids comprising single packages with both technical and financial components inclusive of all taxes must be submitted online on the E-PADS website by 10 August 2026 at 11:00 AM.
