Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Counter Narcotics Force invites electronic bids for procurement of miscellaneous items and services for the financial year 2026-27 through open competitive bidding under PPRA Rule 12 and Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022. The procurement comprises three distinct packages: exhibitions and celebrations catering and arrangements for CNF ceremonies with an estimated value of PKR 10 million, vehicle tracking system services valued at PKR 13 million, and other miscellaneous items estimated at PKR 35 million, for a total procurement scope of PKR 58 million. The procuring entity is located in Lahore, Punjab and invites bids from registered firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers and authorized agents engaged in trading and properly registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments.
Eligible bidders must be firms or companies registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments as specified. Bidders are required to submit bid security amounting to 5 percent of the estimated cost for each procurement package, with security amounts ranging from PKR 500,000 to PKR 1,750,000 depending on the package. The bid security must be submitted in an original form in an envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number and title, payable to Punjab Counter Narcotics Force, and must reach before the e-bid submission deadline.
Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the E-Procurement System website at http://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Electronic bids comprising single packages with both technical and financial components inclusive of all taxes must be submitted online on the E-PADS website by 10 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will take place on the same date at 11:30 AM under PPRA Rule 30(1) in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
