Description / Scope of Work
Walton Cantonment Board Lahore invites sealed proposals from qualified, experienced, and certified Energy Auditing Firms and consortia for comprehensive energy audit and implementation of intelligent energy optimization solutions across WCB facilities in Lahore, Punjab. The assignment encompasses efficiency assessment and design of technological energy management solutions for tube wells, disposal and pumping stations, street light systems, public parks, electrical motors, and associated infrastructure with the objective of reducing electricity costs through tangible and intangible performance improvement measures and better maintenance practices as detailed in the Terms of Reference.
Eligibility is restricted to registered Energy Auditing Firms or consortia meeting specified qualification and certification requirements as outlined in the RFP document. Bidders must satisfy technical competency standards and comply with Public Procurement Rules 2004 (PPRA) requirements. The bidding process follows the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method wherein technical proposals must secure a minimum of 70 percent marks for financial proposal evaluation consideration.

Proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked as technical and financial components, enclosed together in one package addressed to the Cantonment Executive Officer, Walton Cantonment Board, Ahmed Bukhsh Road, R.A. Bazar, Lahore Cantt. Technical proposal opening is scheduled on the submission closing date at 1530 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
