PAF Base Masroor invites tender from reputed individuals, firms, national companies, foreign entities and multinational corporations for a Conservancy Contract for the financial year 2026-27. The scope encompasses conservancy and waste management services at the PAF Base Masroor facility in Sindh province. Prospective bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and are required to submit comprehensive documentation including an affidavit confirming the firm has not been blacklisted, is not involved in litigation with any organization or department, and has not been terminated for poor performance.
Eligibility requirements specify that bidders must maintain a valid bank account with a 12-month account statement, possess their own Hydraulic Dumper and Hydraulic Tractor Trolley with maintenance facilities, and provide one Compactor truck as documentary proof. Firms must demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of similar experience in conservancy activities across any city of Pakistan, with preference given to those with prior experience in such operations. Bidders are also required to provide indication of their wealth through Capital Outlay and details of business investments to demonstrate financial capacity.
Tender documents must be collected from the Office of the Officer Commanding Administrative Wing at PAF Base Masroor. Bids are to be submitted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, with Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal in separate envelopes clearly marked in bold and legible letters. The deadline for tender submission is July 01 2026 before 1200 hours, with opening scheduled for the same day at 1230 hours in the presence of authorized representatives.
