Pakistan Air Force invites sealed tenders for a Conservancy Contract covering the fiscal year 2026-2027 at PAF Base Sakesar in Punjab. This procurement notice seeks qualified contractors to provide conservancy and cleaning services at the air force installation. The scope of work includes maintenance and sanitation services as per the air force's operational requirements. Quantities of items and services can be adjusted based on the base's needs during the contract period. Bidders must submit separate Technical Quote and Commercial Quote, each in individual sealed envelopes clearly marked "Technical" and "Commercial" respectively, and both enclosed together in a third outer envelope. All submissions should be addressed to the Officer in Charge, Personnel Squadron, PAF Base Sakesar, with individual quotations inside addressed to the Officer Commanding, PAF Base Sakesar. The Officer Commanding reserves the right to accept, reject, or modify any part of the tender based on technical grounds and operational requirements.
Tenders must be submitted by 02 July 2026 at 1000 hours at PAF Base Sakesar. Tender opening will take place on the same day at 1100 hours.
