Pakistan International Airlines Supply Chain Management invites sealed tenders for the hiring of tire puncture and vulcanization services on an as and when required basis at the Technical Ground Support Section (TGS) in Lahore. This tender, referenced as TGS/Tire-Vulcanization/01/2026, seeks qualified service providers to deliver tire maintenance and repair services at the PIA Complex in the AIIAP area of Lahore, Punjab. The tender is open to registered service providers and will be evaluated based on monthly and annual charges inclusive of 16 percent PST. Participants must submit financial proposals through the EPADS procurement system with all applicable taxes clearly itemized.
Eligible participants must be registered as General Order Suppliers with the Sales Tax authorities and hold a valid GST certificate. Bidders are required to submit a tender fee of PKR 10,000 in the form of a pay order or cash receipt from the Accounts Officer at AIIAP Lahore, which is non-refundable. Upon successful award of the contract, the selected service provider must furnish an additional security deposit of PKR 50,000 as a refundable bond in the form of a pay order. The bid security already submitted can be converted into the security deposit with any remaining balance deposited separately. All quotations must remain valid for ninety days and represent firm, final rates with no further negotiations.
Bidders must upload their tenders on the EPADS platform and also submit sealed bids by courier to the Manager Supply Chain Management at PIA Complex, AIIAP, Lahore, with submissions closing by 10:00 hours on Tuesday, July 7, 2026.
