Islamic Relief (Pakistan Office) invites sealed tenders for the provision of venue, catering, and visibility material services for national and provincial workshops across four provinces of Pakistan including Sindh, Balochistan, Punjab, KPK, and the Federal Capital Territory of Islamabad. This consultancy project seeks to engage a qualified firm capable of delivering comprehensive event management solutions including venue selection, catering arrangements, and promotional materials for multiple workshops to be conducted in different cities. The tender is issued under the authority of Islamic Relief, a registered relief and development organization (CUIN Registration No. 0033819) incorporated in Pakistan on December 8, 1994, and operates under the provisions of Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017.

All interested companies are required to notify Islamic Relief on procurement@ir.org.pk through email after downloading the tender documents. Companies must meet standard eligibility criteria and provide necessary documentation as outlined in the bid documents. Sealed tenders must be submitted by the closing date of June 29, 2026, to ensure participation in the procurement process.
