Event Management Services for Eid Milad-un-Nabi 2026 Celebration by Municipal Committee Hafizabad

Municipal Committee Hafizabad invites electronic bids from eligible, well-reputed and financially sound firms, contractors and companies for making arrangements to celebrate Eid Milad-un-Nabi (S.A.W) 2026 in Punjab. The procurement is being undertaken for the financial year budget 2026-2027 with an estimated cost of PKR 57,29,000 and is to be executed through the Punjab E-Procurement system. This is a single-stage single-envelope competitive bidding process open to firms enlisted with relevant departments and registered on the Punjab E-Procurement portal.

Bidders must be registered with the Punjab Engineering Council (PEC) in category C6 or above and must possess current registrations with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax and relevant authorities. Bidders are required to submit a fresh affidavit confirming they have not been blacklisted by PPRA and are not currently involved in any litigation. Bid security of PKR 2,86,450 (representing 5 percent of estimated cost) must be submitted through online banking before bid upload on the e-procurement system. Only the lowest evaluated bid will be accepted following approval from the competent authority.

Bidding documents are available for download from the PPRA website at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/Activetenders.aspx and the Punjab E-Procurement portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted by 18 August 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. All procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) regulations and guidelines.
