Description / Scope of Work
OGDC invites sealed competitive bids through SAP Ariba Discovery for two critical service/material procurements under Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules. The first tender covers tubing running and pulling out services with a closing date of 06.07.2026 at 10:30 hours (Reference: OGDC-SCM-SERVICES-CB-PROD-325078992-2026). The second tender pertains to supply of orifice plates with a closing date of 09.07.2026 at 11:00 hours (Reference: OGDCL-SCM-LH-PT-PNP-324990453-2026). Additionally, an extension notice has been issued for the Seismic Data Acquisition of Kohlii-2D Project (Reference: OGDC-SCM-SERVICES-CB-EXPLS-319308903-2026) with a revised bid closing date of 30.06.2026 at 10:30 hours. These procurements are conducted at OGDC Headquarters, Plot 03, F-6/O-6, Jinnah Avenue, Blue Area, Islamabad, Pakistan, in compliance with federal procurement regulations.
Bidders must comply with all eligibility criteria and PPRA requirements for participation. Bidders who have already submitted proposals for the extended tender may withdraw and resubmit their bids before the revised closing date and time. Bid security, technical qualifications, and experience certificates are mandatory as per tender specifications. All bids will be opened thirty minutes after the closing date and time.
