Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center, located in Knowledge City, Lahore, Punjab, invites electronic bids from eligible vendors and firms registered with income tax and sales tax authorities for the supply of medical record file 300-gram cards including 10 plasmit separations with corner pinning ad size. The tender reference is PRO/SKI/2026 with an estimated cost of 3,900,000 Pakistani Rupees and bid security of 194,000 Rupees. The tender was published on 12-06-2026 and is issued under the procurement guidelines of PPRA 2014.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax departments or authorities. Bidding documents are available for free download from the PKLI website at https://pkli.org.pk/tenders/ and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/. The bid security amount of 194,000 Rupees must be submitted with technical bids. All assessments and procurement procedures shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, and in case of conflict between bidding documents and PPRA rules, the PPRA rules shall prevail.
Bidders may obtain further information from the Supply Chain department at PKLI during office hours from 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM. The bid validity period is 180 days from the date of bid opening. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 18 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Original bid security must be submitted at the Mail Section ground floor, Package-A Building, PKLI & RC, Lahore on the same day as technical bid opening between 8:30 AM and 3:30 PM. Electronic bids must be submitted online through the e-PADS system at https://eproc.gov.pk before the closing date of 30 June 2026 at 10:00 AM. Hard copies are not required and the procuring agency is not responsible for submission failures due to technical or internet issues.
