Islamabad Capital Territory Police invites sealed bids for the procurement of stationary items during the financial year 2026-27 under Tender Notice #10. The procurement is being conducted through the EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) portal and is open to reputed firms and vendors with active NTN and STRN registration. Bidders may apply through EPADS (PPRA) with bidding documents available on the EPADS platform at no cost. The scope covers various stationary supplies required by the police department, with quantities subject to modification based on budget requirements and operational needs.
Eligibility criteria require that all bidders must be registered with PPRA for procurement on EPADS. All proposals must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a bank draft or CDR issued in the name of the Assistant Inspector General of Police, Logistics, Islamabad. Bidders shall submit scanned copies of bid security on EPADS, while original bank drafts or CDRs must be submitted in hard copy to the General Branch office of the AIG/Logistics at Sector H-11, Islamabad before tender opening. Only bids received from firms registered with PPRA will be accepted.
Bidding documents are available on the EPADS portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Interested bidders are requested to submit their bids and proposals online through EPADS by the closing date of 3rd July 2026 at 1100 hours. Original bids and proposals must also be submitted in hard copy to the General Branch office, AIG/Logistics, Sector H-11, Islamabad before the deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives at Central Police Office, Sector H-11, Islamabad.
