This is a large (Rs. 87 million), multi-lot procurement by the district police for supplies and services spanning stationery, IT, transport maintenance, plant, furniture and buildings. The tender is divided into ten separate lots allowing partial bidding. The submission deadline is tight (18 August 2026) and strict PPRA compliance is required. Eligibility demands current tax and sales tax registration plus PEC certification where applicable, making this suitable only for established, legally registered contractors. The scale suggests this may be an annual or recurring procurement framework.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with Income Tax (NTN), Sales Tax, and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) as applicable. For building repair and maintenance work, PEC certification is compulsory. All applicants must hold valid filer status and be free from government blacklisting.
