Framework Contract for Miscellaneous Goods and Services by Crime Control Department Gujranwala

The Regional Office Crime Control Department Gujranwala Region invites bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System for a framework contract covering miscellaneous goods and services for the financial year 2026-2027. Eligible bidders must be registered with income tax authorities (NTN, STRN, PRA) for at least three years prior to bid submission, hold a valid FBR compliance certificate, and possess operative income tax and sales tax status. Bidders must submit an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper confirming non-blacklist status, authenticity of documents, and compliance with all tender conditions. A bid security of 3% of the estimated cost (totalling Rs. 3,000,000 across all lots) must be submitted as a CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order of any scheduled bank. Bidders must submit complete bids online through the Punjab E-Procurement System website at http://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 17-08-2026 at 12:00 PM. Technical and financial bids will be opened on 17-08-2026 at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives under PPRA Rules 30(1). Bids remain valid until financial year closure (30-06-2027). Bidders must quote for all items within each lot; partial bids are rejected. Financial evaluation will be on a cumulative cost basis. Repeat orders shall not exceed 15% of original procurement values under PPRA rules 59(c)(iv).
