Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites proposals through the EPACS system of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) from eligible bidders for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of IUI lab equipment (Package No. 18 LOT-N) on DDP basis for the reconstruction of Lady Willingdon Hospital in Lahore, Punjab. This procurement is issued under tender number HCP/LWH/LE-240521-1/18N with an estimated cost of approximately 0.8 million rupees and a bid security of 180 thousand rupees. The project scope encompasses the complete delivery and operational setup of specialized reproductive medicine laboratory equipment required for the hospital's expansion and modernization efforts.
All interested bidders are required to register on EPACS to participate in this procurement. Bidders must be eligible as per PPRA rules 2014 (amended 2022) and hold relevant technical qualifications and certifications. The bid security must be submitted in accordance with the prescribed rules and conditions outlined in the RFP document. Proposals must be submitted on EPACS on or before 09 July 2024, no later than 03:00 PM. Technical proposals will be opened on EPACS at 03:30 PM on the same date. Any proposals received through modes other than EPACS will not be considered. Should the submission deadline fall on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for proposal submission and opening.
