Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Sports Complexes, Lahore Development Authority invites competitive bids for the supply of a cross training frame and cage at the LDA Sports Complex located in M.A. Johar Town, Lahore, Punjab. This procurement is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through a single stage single envelope e-bidding procedure on EPADS. The estimated project value is Rs. 1,395,000 inclusive of all taxes, and the scope covers procurement and supply of the specialized training equipment required for the sports complex facility.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS and possess valid Income Tax (NTN) and Sales Tax (PST) registration with the Pakistan Revenue Authority. Bidders must be active in the tax payer list and can participate in the bidding process without paying any cost or fee. A bid security of Rs. 69,750 in the form of a CDR or Bank Draft/Guarantee is mandatory for all tender submissions and must accompany each bid.
All bidding documents are available for free download from the PPRA website at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and the authority website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS by 11:00 a.m. on 02-07-2026. Tender opening will take place at 11:30 a.m. on the same date in the office of the Director C&I, LDA, in the presence of bidders' representatives.
