Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Sports Complexes, Lahore Development Authority invites competitive bids for the supply of treadmill at LDA Sports Complex located in M A Johar Town, Lahore, Punjab. This procurement is being conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through a single stage single envelope bidding procedure via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). The estimated price inclusive of all taxes is Rs 1,976,500 and the procurement reference number is LDA/DSC/176.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS and have valid Income Tax Number (ITN) and Pakistan Revenue Authority (PRA) registration. Bidders must be active on the tax payer list. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Rs 98,825 in the form of a CDR, bank draft, or bank guarantee. Alternative bids shall not be considered and it is the sole responsibility of bidders to have read and understood all provisions, instructions, terms and conditions contained in the tender document before submission.
Bidding documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions can be downloaded free of cost from the EPADS website at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and the PPRA website at http://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. All bids must be submitted through e-PADS by uploading PDF files on or before 02 July 2026 at 11:00 AM.
