Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate General of Special Education Punjab invites sealed competitive bids for the procurement of IT Equipment, Plant & Machinery and Furniture & Fixture under the ADP Scheme titled Chief Minister's Punjab Maryam Nawaz Khud-mukhtar Program (e-Earn Training and Skill Development through strengthening of existing VTCs of Special Education Department). The procurement is referenced as G.S.NO.111 ADP 2026-27 and is undertaken to strengthen vocational training centres in Lahore, Punjab by equipping them with modern technology and furniture to support skill development and e-learning initiatives for students with special needs. The project encompasses IT equipment, plant and machinery, and furniture fixtures required for the operational enhancement of existing VTCs under the Special Education Department.
Bidders must meet eligibility requirements including valid business registration, relevant experience in supply of similar goods, and financial capability to complete the contract. A bid security (earnest money) is mandatory as specified in the bidding documents and must be submitted with the bid. Bidders should be thoroughly familiar with all terms, conditions, technical specifications, and eligibility criteria outlined in the complete bidding documents to ensure substantial responsiveness and avoid rejection. Only goods and services that conform to the specified technical requirements and standards will be considered acceptable.
The complete bidding documents are available from the Directorate General of Special Education Punjab, located at 31-Shershah Block New Garden Town Lahore. Interested bidders must submit sealed bids containing technical and financial proposals by the deadline of 7 July 2026. Bids will be opened publicly on the specified date, and evaluation will proceed according to the criteria detailed in the bid data sheet. Bidders are advised to carefully review all instructions, forms, terms, specifications and conditions contained in the bidding documents, as failure to furnish complete information or submission of non-responsive bids will result in automatic rejection.
