Pakistan Navy invites sealed quotations from reputed firms for the provision of event arrangements related to the induction ceremony of HANGOR Class Submarine at NSD Ground Dockyard in Karachi, Sindh. This tender is issued by PNS ABDOZE, the Base Supply Officer, and is referenced as ABZ/400/IT/0. The project involves comprehensive event management services for a significant naval ceremony at the PN Dockyard facility in Karachi.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Government for GST, SST and Income Tax purposes, and must also maintain current registration with DGDP/HQ COMLOG. Firms are required to submit copies of their GST Registration Certificate and NTN Certificate along with their DGDP/HQ COMLOG registration letter. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs 2,000 is applicable for suppliers registering with Pakistan Navy. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 5% of the total contract amount as a refundable security deposit in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Guarantee.
Tender documents may be obtained from PNS ABDOZE upon submission of the required registration documents and tender fee. Sealed quotations must be addressed to the Commanding Officer PNS ABDOZE and submitted by 1100 hours AM on 03 July 2026, which is the closing time. Quotations will be opened on the same day at 1300 hours PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The purchase order will be awarded to the most advantageous bidder who has fulfilled all prerequisites. The Base Supply Officer is authorized to cancel any or all quotations without providing justification.
