Pre-qualification of Event Management Agencies and Printing Vendors by PPMC

Power Planning and Monitoring Company (PPMC), a state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), Government of Pakistan, invites expressions of interest for pre-qualification of service providers in two categories: event management agencies and vendors specializing in printing, fabrication, office branding and execution of branded collateral. Applicants may apply for one or both categories, each evaluated separately on relevant eligibility and technical criteria. The scope includes end-to-end event planning and execution for official ceremonies, workshops, conferences and launches; and printing of reports, booklets, stationery, certificates, signage, giveaways and visibility materials. Pre-qualification does not guarantee work but enables participation in subsequent request for quotations (RFQs) issued by PPMC in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Eligible firms must submit sealed proposals in the office of Team Lead (Admn) PPMC, Islamabad on or before 18 August 2026 at 11:00 am. A bid security of Rs. 50,000 in the form of pay order, demand draft or call deposit, payable to Power Planning & Monitoring Company, must accompany each application. Bids submitted shall be valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days. PPMC reserves the right to verify all information from any source and to reject false, forged, misleading or incomplete submissions. Applicants are deemed to have read the complete EOI document and are responsible for seeking written clarifications prior to submission.

Proposals will be opened on 18 August 2026 at 11:30 am at PPMC office No. 112, First Floor, Evacuee Trust Complex, Agha Khan Road, F-5/1, Islamabad.
