Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC), Pakistan's leading integrated gas utility engaged in transmission and distribution of natural gas in Sindh and Baluchistan, invites sealed bids for Construction of Civil Works for TBS Assembly at Luqman Muhallah Khairpur Sukkur Region under Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure on a complete package basis. The tender reference is SSGC/SC/NR/EPADS/14370 dated 17 June 2026. Bidders must submit priced bids along with a fixed bid bond of Rs. 12,000 (Twelve Thousand Only) in the form of pay order or demand draft favoring SSGC. No bid will be entertained without the required bid bond or earnest money.
Eligible bidders must be active in the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and possess a Valid PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) registration in Category C-6 (Sub Category CE-10) or above. All bidders are required to register in the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) as per SRO296(1)/2023 dated 08 March 2023. The tender documents comprise eight sections including Invitation to Bid, Instructions to Bidders, Scope of Work, Special Conditions of Contract, Bid Bond and Performance Bond Formats, Tender Form, Bill of Quantities, and Blacklisting Mechanism documents.
Bids must be submitted online on the EPADS Portal on or before 06 July 2026 at 1030 hours, with public opening scheduled at 1100 hours on the same day online on EPADS in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The tender documents are available on SSGC website (www.ssgc.com.pk) and PPRA website (www.ppra.org.net). Bidders should confirm their intention to submit bids by fax to the General Manager (Procurement) at Fax No. 99231583. SSGC reserves the right to reject any or all offers without assigning reasons.
