Description / Scope of Work
The Armed Forces Institute of Dentistry (AFID) located in Rawalpindi, Punjab is inviting sealed quotations from licensed suppliers for the purchase of stationery and miscellaneous items during the financial year 2026-27. This tender is advertised for procurement of various stationery products required for the institute's operations. The scope includes supply and delivery of specified items as detailed in the tender documents. Interested suppliers should contact the office of the Deputy Commandant Administration during official office hours to obtain detailed specifications of required materials and tender conditions at the AFID Rawalpindi premises.
Eligible bidders must be licensed suppliers authorized to conduct business in Pakistan. A non-refundable tender fee of PKR 4,000 must be submitted along with each quotation. Bid security of PKR 50,000 (refundable) is required to be deposited by bank draft or pay order made payable to Deputy Commandant AFID Rawalpindi in case of tender acceptance. Quotations must be submitted in sealed envelopes and all documents must comply with the specified tender requirements and conditions.
Sealed quotations must be received by 12:00 noon on 6 July 2026 at the office of the Deputy Commandant Administration. Tenders will be opened on 6 July 2026 at 12:30 noon in the presence of bidders. Quotations received after the deadline or without required documentation will be rejected.
