IESCO (Islamabad Electric Supply Company) is inviting bids for the hiring of cellular services on a national basis. This procurement is for non-consultancy services related to the provision and management of cellular connectivity for IESCO operations across its service territory in the Islamabad Capital Territory and surrounding areas. The tender is issued as a Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding process, designed to facilitate competitive procurement of mobile telecommunications services including SIM packages and network coverage across specified area-wise requirements. The scope encompasses the provision of reliable cellular services with defined technical specifications, service levels, and penalty provisions for unavailability.
