Description / Scope of Work
The Law and Justice Commission of Pakistan, located in Islamabad, Capital Territory, invites sealed bids for the provision of Event Management Services on a national basis. This non-consultancy service procurement is being conducted through a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding process. The event management services encompass comprehensive planning, coordination, and execution of events as detailed in the scope of work and service specifications contained within the bidding document. The procurement is open to qualified service providers meeting the eligibility criteria set forth in the tender notice.
Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria including technical qualifications, financial capacity, and relevant past experience in event management services. A bid securing declaration is required from all participants, and successful bidders will need to provide a performance guarantee as outlined in the contract conditions.
