Description / Scope of Work
Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) is inviting bids for the hiring of a service provider for provision of SMS Gateway and Integration services for the IESCO Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Project under ADB Counterpart Funding. This is a non-consultancy services procurement at national level conducted under a single stage-one envelope bidding process. The contract will cover the development, implementation, and integration of an SMS gateway system to support IESCO's advanced metering infrastructure objectives in Islamabad. The project is being executed through IESCO-PMU with reference number NCB-280 and is scheduled for bid closing on July 8, 2026.
Eligible bidders must meet specified technical and financial criteria including relevant experience in SMS gateway implementation, system integration capabilities, and demonstrated competence with similar projects. Prospective bidders are required to submit bid security in the form of a bid securing declaration along with all mandatory documentation including firm competence certificates, past experience records, financial capacity statements, and performance guarantees. Bidders must provide evidence of their professional team qualifications and technical methodology for project execution.
