National Investment Trust Limited, an asset management company managing mutual funds in Pakistan, invites bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the supply and implementation of network and security equipment at NIT Head Office and Disaster Recovery site in Karachi, Sindh. This is a Single Stage Two Envelope tender process. Eligible suppliers and firms must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue with a registered office in Pakistan.
Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and maintain an active taxpayer status with the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, technical specifications, and financial requirements can be downloaded free of cost from https://eprocure.gov.pk. All bids must be submitted electronically only through EPADS; manual submission of bids is not permitted. Prospective bidders requiring registration assistance or technical support on EPADS may contact the PPRA office at FBC building sector G-5/2, Islamabad at contact number 051-111-137-237.
Bids prepared in accordance with the bidding document instructions must be submitted on EPADS by July 16, 2026 at 3:00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 3:30 PM through EPADS.
