Description / Scope of Work
The Capital Development Authority invites electronic bids on a Single Stage Two Envelope basis for four horticulture improvement and rehabilitation projects in the Federal Territory. Project reference PID(I)No.10229/25 covers rehabilitation of Srinagar Highway from Conversion Center to N-5 with an estimated cost of Rs. 316.00 million, Islamabad Highway from Faisal Masjid to T-Chowk valued at Rs. 687.00 million, Jinnah Avenue from D-Chowk to F-11 Markaz at Rs. 246.00 million, and Murree Road from Faizabad to Serena Chowk estimated at Rs. 192.00 million. The total scope encompasses horticultural improvements, landscaping, and infrastructure rehabilitation across multiple key corridors. Bidders must be well-reputed, registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the valid Category CE-10(v) for the year 2025-26 to qualify for participation.
