Description / Scope of Work
The National Logistics Cell invites sealed tenders from manufacturers, authorized distributors and dealers for the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, training and warranty support of a complete ammonia-based refrigeration system for temperature-controlled warehouses on a FOR Basis. The project covers multiple locations including Karachi, Lahore and Rawalpindi in Punjab and Sindh provinces, and encompasses the entire refrigeration plant along with all associated mechanical, electrical, control and commissioning works necessary to achieve specified storage temperature conditions. This is a comprehensive procurement that requires qualified vendors with proven expertise in large-scale industrial refrigeration systems.
Tenders will be submitted under PPRA Rule 364 (Two Stage Two Envelope procedure) at the headquarters of NLC at Harding Road, Rawalpindi. Eligible bidders must be manufacturers or authorized distributors with relevant technical expertise. A tender fee of Rs. 2,000 and bid security of Rs. 10,000,000 must be attached with the technical offer; otherwise the offer will be rejected. Pre-bid meetings will be held on 23 and 30 June 2026 at 1100 hours at HQ NLC Harding Road Support Branch Conference Room to clarify queries and provide technical clarification.
