Islamabad Club invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified firms, suppliers, and contractors for the supply, installation, and commissioning of a new lighting system at Badminton Courts in Islamabad, Federal. The scope of work encompasses complete design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a comprehensive lighting system with structural support, as per technical specifications, drawings, and requirements provided. This is a significant infrastructure upgrade project for sports facility enhancement in the capital region.
Eligible bidders must meet all mandatory eligibility criteria and achieve a minimum technical score of 70 out of 100 to qualify. The bid security requirement is PKR 100,000 in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank, valid for 120 days in favor of Islamabad Club. All bids must be accompanied by proof of bid security submission with the technical proposal. Bidders are required to possess relevant experience and qualifications in lighting system installation and commissioning.

The tender submission deadline is 11:00 hours on July 6, 2026, with technical opening scheduled for the same date at 11:30 hours.
