Peshawar Development Authority (PDA) invites re-tender bids through the Electronic Procurement System (EPADS) for major rehabilitation and improvement works on the Canal Patrol Road along Warsak Gravity Canal from RD 23+000 to 41+000 on both left and right banks in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The project also includes construction of a bridge for U-Turn in front of DHA Peshawar. This is a specialized construction contract valued at Rs. 67.04 million, categorized as C-4 and above, with an estimated cost reflecting prevailing market rates for North-West Pakistan. The work is estimated under MRS-2025 First Bi-Annual rates and requires engineers with proven experience in similar projects along major canal infrastructure and road rehabilitation in the region.
Eligible contractors and firms must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA) and hold valid PEC registration for the year 2025-2026. Bidders must maintain active status with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and be listed with PDA or Provincial Enlisting Committees. A bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost is required, payable as a call deposit receipt in favor of the Director General, PDA. All mandatory documents including PDA/Provincial enlistment renewal, PEC registrations, NTN (Active), KPRA (Active), and affidavits must be uploaded through EPADS prior to submission. Only technically responsive and qualified bidders will be invited for financial bid opening.
Bid documents are obtainable through the EPADS portal at https://www.eprocure.gov.pk/ with submissions required by 12:00 PM on June 7, 2026. Technical bids will be opened on the same date at the PDA Conference Room in the presence of bidders or representatives. Pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 29, 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Director Engr. Roads-I office. Bid validity is 90 days from opening date, and all Government taxes will be deducted as per prevailing policy.
