Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division, Swat-I invites electronic bids from eligible Government registered firms and contractors holding specialization code CE-09 in accordance with KPPRA rules 2014 on a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through EPADS. The procurement encompasses multiple construction and infrastructure projects across northern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Chitral Lower, Chitral Upper, Swat, Dir Lower, Malakand, Buner, Shangla, Kohistan Upper, Kohistan Lower, Battagram, Mansehra, Torghar, Abbottabad, Kolai Pallas and Haripur. Works include construction of drinking water supply and sanitation schemes, street pavement and drainage projects, solar-based pressure pump installations, and water supply schemes. The total estimated project cost exceeds 207.5 million rupees with individual work values ranging from 3 to 22.5 million rupees. Earnest money deposits range from 64,000 to 490,000 rupees depending on project scale.
Eligible bidders must be Government registered firms or contractors with active status from the KP Revenue Authority holding the required specialization code CE-09. Additional security and detail rate analysis is mandatory if the quoted rate exceeds 20 percent below the Engineer's Estimate, as per KPPRA Notification No. S.R.O (14) / Vol: 1-24/2021-22/6058-71 dated 10-05-2022. All bid security documentation must be submitted in sealed envelopes along with the tender application before the closing deadline.
Bidders must submit proposals electronically through http://eprocure.gov.pk. The last date and time for bid submission is 13 July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of government contractors or their authorized representatives who wish to attend. Bid documents are available through the EPADS platform. All other terms and conditions shall be governed by KPPRA rules and Standard Bidding Documents.
