Description / Scope of Work
Cadet College Kohat invites sealed tenders and quotations from experienced contractors for the supply of various food and ration items to the institution. The procurement encompasses five categories: dry ration valued at Rs 5,000,000, fresh ration at Rs 3,000,000, poultry and eggs at Rs 3,000,000, beef and mutton at Rs 2,000,000, and ration for horses at Rs 50,000. The contract period extends from 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027, with the college located in Kohat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
Contractors must have established experience in supplying to well-known institutions and meet all eligibility requirements. A call deposit of two percent of the estimated cost, payable at a scheduled bank, is mandatory and must accompany each tender submission. The earnest money for successful tenderers will be converted into security, while unsuccessful bidders will receive full refunds. Tender forms are available for purchase at the Account Office on any working day at the prescribed rate of Rs 1,000 per form.
Sealed tenders marked "TENDER FOR (item name)" must be addressed to the Principal and reach the office of the undersigned by 11:00 hours on 15 July 2026. Tenders will be opened on the same day and time in the office of the Deputy Director Finance in the presence of bidders. All government taxes will be deducted from contractor bills as per government rules. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under rule 47 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Procurement Rules 2014.
