Description / Scope of Work
The Pakhunkhwa Highways Authority (PKHA) under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites technical and financial proposals from shortlisted consulting firms for construction supervision of balance work on ADP Scheme No. 1464/190556 (2025-26). The project encompasses design and reconstruction of bridges under Lot No. 1, specifically including construction supervision of Khyali Bridge (S-1), Matra Bridge (S-4), Machni Bridge (S-4), and Kababian Bridge (S-4) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. Interested firms are invited to submit separate technical and financial proposals as per the Terms of Reference (TORs) through the EPADS System at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk on or before 07 July 2026 at 12:00 PM, with proposals to be opened the same day at 12:30 PM.
Eligible consulting firms must possess valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant codes and with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). Selection will be conducted through the Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method in accordance with the criteria and procedures specified in the RFP documents. A non-refundable Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of Rs. 5,000 in favor of the Managing Director, PKHA, must reach the office before the closing date and time as bidding entry fee.

Successful bidders will be liable for all applicable taxes including stamp duty, service charges, sales tax, and other statutory levies at prevailing rates.
