Description / Scope of Work
Liaquat University of Medical & Health Sciences, Jamshoro, Sindh Pakistan invites electronic bids through EPADS on a Single Stage One Envelope Procedure for the procurement of dental materials and instruments for the Faculty of Dentistry Undergraduate and Postgraduate Training programmes at the Institute of Dentistry, LUMHS Jamshoro. The procurement is intended to support both undergraduate and postgraduate dental education and clinical training activities at the institution located in Jamshoro, Sindh province. The tender reference number is LUMHS/PSS/1783 dated 16-06-2026.
Bids are invited from well-reputed firms and companies duly registered with Government Sales Tax, Income Tax and Sindh Revenue Board as applicable. Eligible bidders must submit bid security at 5 percent of the bid cost in the form of a pay order or demand draft, made payable to the Vice Chancellor, LUMHS Jamshoro, which will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders. The tender fee of Rs. 3,000 is non-refundable. Bidders are required to be properly registered with all applicable government tax and revenue authorities.
Bidding documents can be obtained and submitted electronically through EPADS at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/ as per the schedule: submission period from 22-06-2026 to 07-07-2026, with bids opening on 08-07-2026 at 11:00 am. Bid documents are also available for download from the SPPRA website and LUMHS website at www.lumhs.edu.pk. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any bid in accordance with SPP Rules 2010 and may cancel the bidding process at any time prior to bid acceptance.
