Dental, Radiology, General Items and Medical Gases Supply Framework Contract 2026-27

Tehsil Head Quarter Hospital Taxila, operating under the Health & Population Department of the Government of Punjab, invites online bids for a framework contract covering the supply of dental items, radiology items, general items and medical gases for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated contract value is 4.8 million Pakistani Rupees. This is an open competitive bidding process conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (latest amendments) through the Punjab E-Procurement website, welcoming bids from authorized dealers, manufacturers and reputable firms with sound financial backgrounds across Punjab province.

Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax purposes; Sales Tax registration may be relaxed. A bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of bank draft, bank guarantee, call deposit receipt, demand draft, pay order or banker's cheque, valid for 90 days. All bidders are required to submit an affidavit on judicial paper worth Rs. 100 stating that the firm has not been blacklisted by any government body. Incomplete bids, those without signatures and stamp, or without proper bid security shall not be considered. The contract validity extends until 30 June 2027.

Bid documents are available on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the Punjab E-Procurement portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/) until the closing date. Bids must be submitted online by 08 August 2026 at 10:30 am on the Punjab E-Procurement website, with original bid security documents delivered physically to the Medical Superintendent's office before e-bid submission. Bids will be opened publicly on 08 August 2026 at 11:00 am in the Office of Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Taxila.
