Office Supplies and Equipment Tender by Public Sector Organization

A public sector organization invites sealed tenders from reputable firms, dealers, and registered vendors for the purchase of various office supplies, security equipment, and consumables as detailed in Tender Notice No. 10/2026. The procurement scope includes items such as printers, scanners, computer access equipment, sewer machines, security wires, cyber security spares, furniture, textiles, consumables, and safety equipment. The tender is open to eligible registered firms with valid Sales Tax Department registration and relevant business licenses. Bidders must submit tender documents with appropriate bid security in the form of bank draft or pay order made payable to the Accounts Officer. Tender documents are available from the office of the undersigned on working days between 9:00 AM and 1:30 PM, excluding weekends and public holidays, upon submission of a written request supported by the non-refundable tender fee as specified for each item category.
