Pakistan Airports Authority invites tenders for the establishment, operation and maintenance of a Money Exchange concession spanning 78 square feet in the Concourse Hall at Quetta International Airport in Sindh province. This is a five-year license concession with a reserve price of Rs. 38,720 per month, offering a commercial opportunity in one of Pakistan's key aviation hubs. The successful bidder will be responsible for all operational aspects of foreign currency exchange services within the airport terminal, serving both domestic and international passengers. The concession is open to eligible commercial entities meeting the qualification requirements of Pakistan Airports Authority.
Prospective bidders must possess valid business registration and requisite licenses for money exchange operations as per State Bank of Pakistan regulations. A tender fee of Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable) is required at the time of submission. Bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or cash deposit equivalent to one month's reserve price must accompany all tender proposals to ensure compliance and earnest participation in the bidding process.
Tender documents are available for collection from the office of the In-Charge Commercial at Quetta International Airport during official working hours on working days.
