Description / Scope of Work
The Lahore Development Authority invites tenders for the illumination of Main Boulevard from Ring Road to Butcher Khana Canal Road in Lahore, Punjab under tender reference IPL-6324. This infrastructure development project is estimated at PKR 190,177,076 with bid security of PKR 9,508,854 and is open for single stage two envelope procurement. The work is categorized under C-4 and Above projects with a completion period of 03 months. Contractors are invited to participate through the E-Tendering and EPADS system on behalf of the Lahore Development Authority and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
Eligible participants must be Engineering Firms or Contractors registered with FPADS possessing a valid PEC License in the relevant category and active NTN and SECP filing status with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Bidders must demonstrate registration with the Pakistani Procurement Regulatory Authority and maintain active business credentials. Bid security is mandatorily required at 5 percent of the estimated cost in the form of a bank guarantee, demand draft, or certified cheque from a scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of the Lahore Development Authority and must remain valid for 30 days after the submission deadline.
Bid documents and technical and financial proposal templates are available for download from the EPADS website at https://punjab.eproc.gov.pk. Tenders must be submitted exclusively through the E-Tendering and EPADS portal with no paper, telegram, or postal submissions accepted. Technical and financial proposals should be uploaded as PDF files in compliance with PPRA Regulations 2024. The tender will open on 08-07-2026 at 10:00 am, with technical proposals evaluated first followed by financial proposal opening for responsive bidders. All bidders must submit original bid security documents before the submission deadline or face disqualification.
