The Children's Hospital, University of Child Health Sciences, Lahore invites financially sound, income tax and sales tax registered companies and agencies to submit bids for the procurement of private security services during the financial year 2026-2027. This is a single-item tender (Reference IPL-6371) for hiring of firms to provide comprehensive private security services at the hospital's Ferozepur Road location in Lahore, Punjab. The estimated cost for this procurement is Rs. 89,678,340 with a bid security requirement of Rs. 1,793,567.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and possess valid sales tax registration. Bidders are required to submit bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a Certified Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee with 100% encashment warranty and a minimum validity period of 210 days issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan. The bid security document must be affixed with a Rs. 300 stamp and submitted with the technical bid in the office of the Medical Director.
