Description / Scope of Work
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) invites bids through PPRA's e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement of VA/PT (Valuation/Professional Services) from authorized suppliers and service providers. The scope of this procurement encompasses authorized dealers, distributors, partners, and resellers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and listed on the Active Taxpayers List for both income tax and sales tax purposes. The procurement is open to eligible firms meeting all regulatory compliance requirements with the relevant tax authorities.
Bidders must meet eligibility criteria as specified in the bidding documents, which include mandatory registration with the Federal Board of Revenue and confirmation of active taxpayer status. Prospective bidders are required to submit bid security and comply with all technical specifications outlined in the tender documentation. The bidding process follows PPRA guidelines and all bids must meet the specified validity and security requirements before evaluation and opening.
The bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, method of procurement, bid security requirements, and evaluation criteria are available for download from the PPRA's e-Pak system at https://eprocure.gov.pk/ or from the SECP procurement portal at www.secp.gov.pk/procurement/. Bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents must be submitted only through EPADS on or before 1430 hours on July 9, 2026, and will be opened the same day at 1500 hours.
