Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Cricket Board invites electronic bids from well-reputed experienced and professional entities registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and on Active Taxpayers lists to submit bids for the upgradation of National Bank Stadium Karachi in Phase II. This procurement is conducted through the Electronic Request for Proposal system on EPAD's (Electronic Procurement and Disposal System) using a single-stage two-envelope bidding process. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and maintain active taxpayer status to be eligible for participation. Electronic bids must be prepared in accordance with instructions provided in the RFP documents and submitted through EPAD's by 11:00 am on 13 July 2026. Manual bids will not be accepted. All electronic bids submitted will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am on EPAD's. A Grievance Redressal Committee has been constituted under Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004 for subject procurement, with notification available on the PCB website at www.pcb.com.pk and on EPAD's at www.eprocure.gov.pk.
The procurement process is conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to annul the procurement process at any time prior to acceptance of a bid under Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
