Description / Scope of Work
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) under the Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of hardware equipment. The tender, referenced as NADRA-HQ-RFB-78/2026, encompasses the purchase of five all-in-one computers, one network switch, and ten ethernet points. This procurement is being conducted from NADRA Headquarters in Islamabad, Federal Province. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), maintain Active Tax Payers List (ATL) status, and have paid their registered income tax and sales tax as required by procurement regulations. The bidding process shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA guidelines.
Eligible bidders must possess relevant registration with tax authorities and maintain compliant tax status. Bid security in original hard copy format must be submitted alongside electronic bids. The procurement shall be conducted in accordance with Rule 33 of PPRA 2004, and NADRA reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 13th July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted under any circumstances. Electronic bids shall be opened on the same day (13th July 2026) at 11:30 AM. The original hard copy of bid security must reach the Procurement Department on or before 13th July 2026 at 11:00 AM, otherwise the electronic bid will be rejected.
