Description / Scope of Work
The District & Sessions Judge Bannu invites sealed tenders through the EPAD system for the procurement and installation of two major items: a solar system with lithium battery backup for the court complex, and comprehensive library equipment for the court and bar association. This tender covers supply, installation, testing, commissioning and defect certification of both items. The procurement is being conducted under KPPRA Rules 2014 (amended to date) following the Single Stage Two Envelope (Rule 6(2)(b)) bidding procedure, with detailed specifications available in the bid selection documents downloadable from the EPAD system and the District Judiciary Bannu official website. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Sales Tax and Income Tax, and must be listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) as well as registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA).
Bidders are required to submit bids through EPAD on or before 30 June 2026, with technical proposals evaluated first and displayed accordingly. The bid must be accompanied by bid security of 2% in the form of a CDR issued in the name of the District & Sessions Judge/Chairman District Development Committee. The firm/vendor must not be blacklisted with any government or semi-government organization and must provide an affidavit to this effect. A performance guarantee of 10% of the total contract amount is required from successful bidders under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement of Goods, Works & Services Rules 2014. Incomplete, ambiguous or conditional bids will not be entertained, and supply must strictly comply with mentioned specifications.
The bid opening meeting will be held on 29 June 2026 at 10:30 AM in the Conference Room of the Judicial Complex, Bannu. Bidders must download bid selection documents from the EPAD system at https://easepad.judiciary.court.gov.pk/public/app or contact the office at phone/fax 0928-9270057 or email dsj_bannu@yahoo.com. The successful bidder shall supply items as per quality and specifications, provide product originality certificates, and is bound by strict delivery timelines. Tender validity period is 31 December 2026. The tender is subject to approval and fund availability from the competent authority.
