For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a medium-scale solar power integration project for a rural water supply system in Charsadda. The estimated contract value of PKR 4.8 million is modest, suggesting straightforward solarization work. Bidders must hold valid PEC EE-11 classification and provincial enlistment. The additional security framework penalizes aggressive underbidding—competitive quotes more than 20% below estimate require full differential coverage plus detailed rate analysis, which may deter low-ball submissions. Closing date is 26 August 2026, allowing reasonable preparation time.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid PEC EE-11 (Solar System) classification, valid Provincial Enlistment with KPK provincial authority, and active KPPRA status. Contractors must submit bid security and additional security instruments via I-PADS. No other restrictions are explicitly stated; typically, bidders must also hold valid NTN and have no blacklist history with KPPRA.
