Description / Scope of Work
Tehsil Municipal Administration, Thana Baizai, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed tenders for Saving of Sustainable Development Goals Achievement Program under the Provision of Solarization, Tube Well Boring and Improvement at TMA Thana Office, Tehsil Thana Baizai. The estimated cost is INR 3.564 million with an estimated money value of PKR 71,280. The work is duly approved and will be executed for the financial year 2025-26. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the official ePADS website (eprocure.gov.pk) after publication of the Notice Inviting Tender. All eligible Government Contractible Firms registered with the Local Council Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and KPPRA Authority are invited to participate in this single-stage single-envelope procurement process.
Eligible bidders must possess valid registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority, a Duly Signed and Stamped Bid Submission Form, Original CDR and Additional Security, Valid NTN or Income Tax Certificate, and CNIC copy of Managing Director or Owner. The bid security shall be in the form of a call deposit receipt in favor of the Procuring Entity (TMO Thana Baizai). Contractors must quote their bids according to Notification No. PO(LG)/KP-PPRA/2026-27 dated 03/07/2026. All taxes will be deducted as per Government Laws, and the award will be based on the above or below engineer estimate on MRS-2025 (1st Bi-Annual).
Bidding documents must be submitted by 24/08/2026 at 10:00 AM through registered mail or courier to the Tender Committee office. The bid opening will take place on 24/08/2026 at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Earnest money and additional securities must be prepared in light of KPPRA Notification No. S.RO(14)Vol.1-24/2021-22 dated 10th May, 2022. The issuance of work orders and commencement of work are subject to the availability of funds released by the Provincial Government.
