Description / Scope of Work
The Deputy Commissioner Office, Lahore invites applications for prequalification of contractors, firms, suppliers, and service providers for an initial period of one year, extendable to two additional years. The procurement covers multiple service categories including provision and installation of temporary lighting and generators, furniture and tentage arrangements, vehicle transportation services, security equipment installation, and catering and refreshment supplies. The total estimated value spans PKR 1,290 million across five distinct lots, with individual bid securities ranging from PKR 0.80 million to PKR 12.00 million. Applicants may participate in one or more lots as per their capability and area of specialization. This prequalification initiative supports National and Religious Events, Public Meetings, arrival of local and foreign delegations, cricket teams, Government meetings, and other emergent requirements in Lahore, Punjab.
Eligible applicants must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PADS) to participate. All interested contractors and service providers should meet the criteria as outlined in the detailed Prequalification Document. The prequalification shall be conducted competitively in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, and remains subject to satisfactory performance evaluation and approval by the competent authority throughout the contract period.
