Framework Contract for Dental, Stationery, X-Ray, Printing and General Store Items at THQ Hospital Gujar Khan

THQ Hospital Gujar Khan, located in District Rawalpindi, Punjab, invites sealed bids for a framework contract to supply dental items, stationery items, X-ray and radiology items, printing items, and general store items for the financial year 2026-2027. The tender comprises five separate packages with estimated costs ranging from 0.7 million to 5.0 million Pakistani rupees. Package 1 covers dental items valued at 0.7 million rupees, Package 2 covers stationery items at 1.5 million rupees, Package 3 covers X-ray and radiology items at 5.0 million rupees, Package 4 covers printing items at 4.5 million rupees, and Package 5 covers general store items at 4.5 million rupees. All supplies are to be delivered on a free delivery to consignee's end basis directly to the hospital in Gujar Khan. The total estimated value of all packages is 16.2 million rupees, with funding allocated by the Government of Punjab Health Department.

Eligible bidders must be manufacturers, importers, distributors, or sole agents with valid income tax and sales tax registration. Bidders must possess active taxpayer status from the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and shall not be under any declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices by any government entity or public sector organization. A bid security equivalent to 5 percent of the estimated cost of each lot is required in the form of a certified demand draft, pay order, or certified deposit receipt from a scheduled bank of Pakistan. Hard copies of bid security must be submitted physically in addition to electronic submission.

Interested bidders may download bidding documents free of cost from https://eprocure.gov.pk and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically only through EPADS; manual submission is not permitted. The tender closing date and time is 07-07-2026 at 09:30 a.m., with bid opening scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on the same day. A representative of the bidding firm must reach the Medical Superintendent's office with the bid security by 09:30 a.m. on the closing date. Bids will be opened by the Procurement Committee in the presence of bidders' representatives. Bidders should provide their best and final prices as no negotiations are allowed.
